The special operation against the production and distribution of synthetic drugs was carried out on 6 June 2026.
During an urgent search and seizure at the address, officers found a large quantity of precursors, production materials and nearly one and a half kilograms of finished mixture (1,420 g) testing positive for methamphetamine.
Also seized were iodine crystals, phosphoric acid, red phosphorus, electronic scales, polyethylene bags, around 6,500 euros in cash and other items relevant to the investigation.
Pre-trial proceedings have been opened for a crime under Article 354a(1) of the Criminal Code. Work to document the criminal activity continues under the supervision of the Yambol District Prosecutor’s Office.
