Required data

When submitting a report, the sender should provide the following data:

• Full name (given, middle and family name)
• Date of birth
• Telephone — for fast and efficient communication
• Email for contact
• Current address of residence
• Company name and ЕИК (Unified Identification Code) *

Describe the case in detail and in chronological order, and attach any files that may assist the investigation.

* Required only when the victim or sender is a legal entity (company or organisation).
